Watermelon strawberry soup

4cupsSeed watermelon (the watermelon HAD to get used and who could face another slice??)
2Ripe banansa; peeled
1cupApple cider or juice
1cupPlain non fat yoghurt
½teaspoonCinnamon
2Ice cubes
2cupsSliced fresh strawberries
¼cupCold mint tea
Fresh mint sprigs

Directions

In blender, puree melon, bananas, cider, yoghurt, cinnamon and ice cubes til smooth. Pour into a pitcher or a bowl, add sliced berries and mint tea.
