Apricot filling 2

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Dried apricots |
| 2 | cups | Water |
| ½ | cup | Granulated sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Ground blanched almonds |
Directions
: Boil the apricots in the water with the sugar for 10 minutes, then cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Remove from the fire and sieve.
Add the almonds and cool.
When using, heat the amount desired and spread on toast. Makes 1 c.
