Apricot filling 2

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Dried apricots
2 cups Water
½ cup Granulated sugar
3 tablespoons Ground blanched almonds

: Boil the apricots in the water with the sugar for 10 minutes, then cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Remove from the fire and sieve.

Add the almonds and cool.

When using, heat the amount desired and spread on toast. Makes 1 c.
