Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Flour |
4 tablespoons | Cocoa, level |
¾ teaspoon | Salt |
6 tablespoons | Melted shortening |
1⅓ teaspoon | Vanilla |
1⅓ cup | Tap water |
1⅓ teaspoon | Baking soda |
1⅓ cup | Sugar |
1⅓ teaspoon | Cider vinegar |
SIFT TOGETHER
MAKE 3 HOLES AND PUT IN
POUR OVER ALL
Mix well. Pour into an 8" square pan and bake at 350~ for 25 minutes or until top springs back.
Dust with confectionary sugar.
