Wackey cake (cake)

Yield: 1 sq 8\" pan

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
4 tablespoons Cocoa, level
¾ teaspoon Salt
6 tablespoons Melted shortening
1⅓ teaspoon Vanilla
1⅓ cup Tap water
1⅓ teaspoon Baking soda
1⅓ cup Sugar
1⅓ teaspoon Cider vinegar

SIFT TOGETHER

MAKE 3 HOLES AND PUT IN

POUR OVER ALL

Mix well. Pour into an 8" square pan and bake at 350~ for 25 minutes or until top springs back.

Dust with confectionary sugar.
