Viceless riceless pudding (lf)

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Skim milk |
| ½ | cup | Plus |
| 1 | tablespoon | Couscous |
| 2½ | tablespoon | Brown sugar; packed |
| ¼ | cup | Dark raisins |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ⅓ | cup | NF yogurt |
Directions
1. In small saucepan, heat milk until just boiling. Stir in couscous, sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Remove mixture from heat and cover with tight-fitting lid. Allow to sit 10 mins, until milk is absorbed. Stir in yogurt and serve.
My notes: I like to add a bit of extra brown sugar for more flavour.
