Vegetable meatloaf

Ingredients

| 2 | pounds | Lean Ground Beef |
| 2 | packs | (10 Oz) Frozen Chopped Broccoli; Thawed |
| 1 | cup | Frozen Onion; Thawed |
| ⅔ | cup | Uncooked Oats |
| 2 | larges | Eggs |
| ½ | cup | Milk Or Water |
| 1 | pack | (1.5 Oz) Meatloaf Seasoning Mix; Or Make Your Own |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease loaf pan. Put all ingredients in large bowl. Mix with hands. Press mixture in pan. Bake 1 hour covered with foil.
Let stand 10-15 minutes. Drain and serve.
