Vegetable meatloaf

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
2 packs (10 Oz) Frozen Chopped Broccoli; Thawed
1 cup Frozen Onion; Thawed
⅔ cup Uncooked Oats
2 larges Eggs
½ cup Milk Or Water
1 pack (1.5 Oz) Meatloaf Seasoning Mix; Or Make Your Own

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease loaf pan. Put all ingredients in large bowl. Mix with hands. Press mixture in pan. Bake 1 hour covered with foil.

Let stand 10-15 minutes. Drain and serve.
