Yield: 2 Quarts
|8 tablespoons||Orange Indian tea leaves|
|6 tablespoons||Lemon juice freshly squeezed|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon peel freshly grated|
Place tea leaves and lemon peel into a cheesecloth bag and tie closed.
Bring 2¼ quarts of water to a boil, add the bag, the lemon juice, & the honey. Boil for 5 minutes, turn off heat, & allow to steep for 10 minutes.
