Ukrainian honey-lemon tea

Yield: 2 Quarts

Measure Ingredient
8 tablespoons Orange Indian tea leaves
6 tablespoons Lemon juice freshly squeezed
2 tablespoons Lemon peel freshly grated
1 cup Honey

Place tea leaves and lemon peel into a cheesecloth bag and tie closed.

Bring 2¼ quarts of water to a boil, add the bag, the lemon juice, & the honey. Boil for 5 minutes, turn off heat, & allow to steep for 10 minutes.
