Lemon-cinnamon honey

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Mild-flavored honey
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ cup Fresh lemon juice


In a small saucepan, combine the honey, lemon juice and cinnamon.

Heat, stirring, over low heat, just until the ingredients are warm and blended. Serve warm over pancakes or French toast or keep cold and drizzle on toast.
