Tvp-quick chili

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Water; (up to 3-1/2)
2 cans (16 oz) beans (I used kidney and pinto)
1 cup Textured-soy-protein granules
1 can (14 oz) of EACH diced tomatoes AND tomato sauce
1 cup Green pepper; chopped
1 medium Onion-chopped
1½ \N Cloves garlic
2 tablespoons Chili powder
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Fresh cilantro leaves; chopped, (opt.) (up to 2/3)

Combine everything in a large saucepan; heat to boiling. Reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 15 minutes and serve.

Makes aprox 7-8 cups chili.
