Measure | Ingredient |

3 cups | Water; (up to 3-1/2) |
2 cans | (16 oz) beans (I used kidney and pinto) |
1 cup | Textured-soy-protein granules |
1 can | (14 oz) of EACH diced tomatoes AND tomato sauce |
1 cup | Green pepper; chopped |
1 medium | Onion-chopped |
1½ \N | Cloves garlic |
2 tablespoons | Chili powder |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
½ cup | Fresh cilantro leaves; chopped, (opt.) (up to 2/3) |
Combine everything in a large saucepan; heat to boiling. Reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 15 minutes and serve.
Makes aprox 7-8 cups chili.
