Tvp-quick chili

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Water; (up to 3-1/2) |
| 2 | cans | (16 oz) beans (I used kidney and pinto) |
| 1 | cup | Textured-soy-protein granules |
| 1 | can | (14 oz) of EACH diced tomatoes AND tomato sauce |
| 1 | cup | Green pepper; chopped |
| 1 | medium | Onion-chopped |
| 1½ | Cloves garlic | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chili powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Fresh cilantro leaves; chopped, (opt.) (up to 2/3) |
Directions
Combine everything in a large saucepan; heat to boiling. Reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 15 minutes and serve.
Makes aprox 7-8 cups chili.
