Tvp-quick chili

Ingredients

3cupsWater; (up to 3-1/2)
2cans(16 oz) beans (I used kidney and pinto)
1cupTextured-soy-protein granules
1can(14 oz) of EACH diced tomatoes AND tomato sauce
1cupGreen pepper; chopped
1mediumOnion-chopped
Cloves garlic
2tablespoonsChili powder
1teaspoonSalt
½cupFresh cilantro leaves; chopped, (opt.) (up to 2/3)

Directions

Combine everything in a large saucepan; heat to boiling. Reduce to a simmer. Cook for about 15 minutes and serve.

Makes aprox 7-8 cups chili.
