Turkey-apple-cheese sandwiches

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Vanilla low-fat yogurt
¼ cup Mango chutney
8 \N 7-grain sandwich bread slices
½ pounds Thinly sliced smoked turkey
1½ \N Fuji or Gala apples (sliced into 24 pieces)
¼ pounds Thinly sliced muenster cheese
\N \N Vegetable cooking spray

Combine yogurt and chutney, and stir well. Spread 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture over each of 4 bread slices; top each with turkey, apple, cheese, and a bread slice.

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add sandwiches; cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden.

Yield: 4 servings.
