Romano broiled tomatoes

Ingredients

Salt
Pepper
¼cupButter (or marg.)
¼cupParsley, fresh; chopped
¼cupCheese, Romano; grated

Directions

Sprinkle cut side of tomato halves with salt and pepper. Broil 5 minutes, about 4 inches from heat. Place 1 teaspoon butter, 1 teaspoon parsley, and 1 teaspoon cheese on each; broil until cheese melts.
