Romano broiled tomatoes

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Tomatoes; havled
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper
¼ cup Butter (or marg.)
¼ cup Parsley, fresh; chopped
¼ cup Cheese, Romano; grated

Sprinkle cut side of tomato halves with salt and pepper. Broil 5 minutes, about 4 inches from heat. Place 1 teaspoon butter, 1 teaspoon parsley, and 1 teaspoon cheese on each; broil until cheese melts.
