Ingredients

| 1 | Onion -- large diced | |
| 1½ | Bell Pepper -- diced | |
| ¾ | cup | Celery -- diced |
| 24 | ounces | Stewed Tomatoes |
| 4½ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt (to taste) |
| 4 | cups | Turkey -- cooked & cut up |
| 6 | cups | Rice -- cooked |
Directions
Put everything except rice in crockpot. Leave for most of the day.
Serve over cooked rice.
