Turkey creole

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Onion -- large diced
Bell Pepper -- diced
¾ cup Celery -- diced
24 ounces Stewed Tomatoes
4½ teaspoon Chili powder
¾ teaspoon Salt (to taste)
4 cups Turkey -- cooked & cut up
6 cups Rice -- cooked

Put everything except rice in crockpot. Leave for most of the day.

Serve over cooked rice.
