2 cups | Milk; (low-fat for me) |
¾ teaspoon | Salt; (optional) |
1 pinch | Nutmeg, sugar, & Pepper; |

Lightly beat eggs with cream and seasonings. Sprinkle pie crust with bacon bits and cheese. Add turkey in an even layer. Pour egg mixture over. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and continue baking 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve hot in wedges. Also excellent cold as hors d'oeuvres. Serve 6.
