1canTuna in oil (7oz), drained
¼cupLemon juice
1tablespoonDark rum
2Cloves garlic; coarsely

1canPitted black olives (8oz)
Fresh ground pepper

Directions

Place all ingredients except olive oil) in a food processor and blend until smooth. Slowly add olive oil. Serve with fresh vegetables.
