Tuna tapenade

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Olive oil
¼ cup Capers; (or less)
1 can Tuna in oil (7oz), drained
¼ cup Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dark rum
2 Cloves garlic; coarsely
1 can Pitted black olives (8oz)
Fresh ground pepper

Place all ingredients except olive oil) in a food processor and blend until smooth. Slowly add olive oil. Serve with fresh vegetables.
