4Anchovy fillets, rinsed
½cupPitted kalamata olives
2tablespoonsCapers, minced
¼cupOlive oil
1tablespoonDijon mustard

Directions

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. If too thick, drizzle more oil into mixture as you blend. Serve with bread or over vegetables.
