Simple tapenade

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Anchovy fillets, rinsed
½ cup Pitted kalamata olives
2 tablespoons Capers, minced
¼ cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. If too thick, drizzle more oil into mixture as you blend. Serve with bread or over vegetables.
