Simple tapenade

| ½ | cup | Pitted kalamata olives |
| 2 | tablespoons | Capers, minced |
| ¼ | cup | Olive oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
Directions
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. If too thick, drizzle more oil into mixture as you blend. Serve with bread or over vegetables.
