Easy tapenade

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
½ cup Pitted nicoise olives =OR=- Calamata olives
8 Anchovies
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Olive oil

This is a fast, simple version of this classic olive relish.

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS in a food processor and process until a paste forms.

Makes ½ Cup
