Tuna souffle

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |
| ⅓ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 4 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 4 | tablespoons | Milk |
| 1¼ | cup | Flaked tuna, drained |
| 4 | eaches | Egg whites, well beaten |
| Pinch of thyme | ||
| Parmesan cheese | ||
Directions
Mix together the first 4 ingredients; slowly add milk; then tuna.
Fold in beaten egg whites, then thyme. Pour into a well-buttered 2 quart souffle dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
