Tuna supper sandwiches

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Shredded cheddar cheese |
| ⅓ | cup | Chopped green onions; including tops |
| ⅓ | cup | Chopped red bell pepper |
| 1 | can | (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives; drained |
| 2 | tablespoons | Minced fresh parsley |
| 1 | teaspoon | Curry powder |
| Seasoned salt to taste | ||
| 1 | can | (12 ounces) starkist solid white or chunk light tuna; drained and chunked |
| ½ | cup | Light mayonnaise |
| 6 | Soft french rolls; (7 inch each), halved lengthwise | |
Directions
In medium bowl, place cheese, onions, red pepper, olives, parsley, curry powder and salt; mix lightly. Add tuna and mayonnaise; toss lightly with fork. Cover baking sheet with foil; place rolls on foil. Spread about ⅓ cup mixture on each half. Bake in 450øF oven 10 to 12 minutes or until tops are bubbling and beginning to brown. Cool slightly before serving.
