Yield: 1 cups
|1 each||Ripe mango or papaya|
|1 each||Red chili, minced|
|1 each||Garlic clove, minced|
|Salt & pepper|
|Juice of 1 lime|
Peel the mango or the papaya & discard the stone or seeds. Chop the fruit. Combine the fruit with the remaining ingredients.
Spoon the salsa into a jar, cover tightly & refrigerate. It will keep a month. Use as a condiment to vegetables or serve with chips.
