Mango chutney salsa

| ¼ | tablespoon | Ginger, minced |
| 1 | ounce | Honey, liquid |
| ½ | tablespoon | Mint leaves, dry |
Directions
NOTE: This sauce is excellent on chicken, lamb and fish! Combine all the ingredients in a small pot and bring to a simmer.
