| 6 | Cloves garlic | |
| 1 | large | Onion. |
| 3 | tablespoons | Paprika (preferably Szego) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Hot paprika |
| 2 | pounds | Chicken (amount not critical) |
| 2 | Chicken boullion cubes (optional) | |
| 2 | pounds | Sauerkraut |
| 4 | Potatoes peeled and chunked (raw) (or more paprika + a shot of tabasco or other heat) | |

Chop garlic and onion. PAM and heat stew pot, add garlic and then onion. Add paprika When onions cooked, add chicken (1-2 lbs) Add juice from Sauerkraut and enough water to mostly cover the chicken (2 cups)
After simmering for 20 minutes, pull out chicken & remove bones.
(Alternatively use boneless chicken or turkey) Add boullion cubes Add sauerkraut & potatoes Cook for another hour or two.
