Transylvanian stew

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Cloves garlic
1 large Onion.
3 tablespoons Paprika (preferably Szego)
1 tablespoon Hot paprika
2 pounds Chicken (amount not critical)
2 \N Chicken boullion cubes (optional)
2 pounds Sauerkraut
4 \N Potatoes peeled and chunked (raw) (or more paprika + a shot of tabasco or other heat)



Chop garlic and onion. PAM and heat stew pot, add garlic and then onion. Add paprika When onions cooked, add chicken (1-2 lbs) Add juice from Sauerkraut and enough water to mostly cover the chicken (2 cups)

After simmering for 20 minutes, pull out chicken & remove bones.

(Alternatively use boneless chicken or turkey) Add boullion cubes Add sauerkraut & potatoes Cook for another hour or two.
