|2 pounds||Beef boneless chuck; tip, or round, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|4 \N||Carrots; sliced|
|2 \N||Stalks celery; sliced|
|1 \N||Sliced onion|
|1 can||Sliced mushrooms; drained|
|1 can||Whole tomatoes; undrained|
|1 cup||Beef broth|
Mix beef, carrots, celery, onions, and mushrooms in large baking pan. In small bowl, mix flour and salt; stir into beef mixture. Stir in undrained tomatoes and the broth. Cover and cook in 325 degree oven until beef is tender, about 4 hours.
