Winter beef stew

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Beef boneless chuck; tip, or round, cut into 1 inch cubes
4 \N Carrots; sliced
2 \N Stalks celery; sliced
1 \N Sliced onion
1 can Sliced mushrooms; drained
3 tablespoons Flour
1 tablespoon Salt
1 can Whole tomatoes; undrained
1 cup Beef broth

Mix beef, carrots, celery, onions, and mushrooms in large baking pan. In small bowl, mix flour and salt; stir into beef mixture. Stir in undrained tomatoes and the broth. Cover and cook in 325 degree oven until beef is tender, about 4 hours.
