|½ cup||Nonfat Dry Milk -- for more|
|1 tablespoon||Flavoring -- as needed|
|1 tablespoon||Malted Milk Powder|
Fill the one-cup chain shaker with cool water, shake and serve.
Flavorings: Blueberry syrup mix Cocoa or carob + ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice Instant coffee Kool-Aide fruit flavors Fruit jam Rum, sherry For extra-high protein add 1 tbs dry egg white to mix using non-fat dry milk.
