| 1 | tablespoon | Flavoring -- as needed |
| 1 | tablespoon | Malted Milk Powder |
| 1 | cup | Water |
Directions
Fill the one-cup chain shaker with cool water, shake and serve.
Flavorings: Blueberry syrup mix Cocoa or carob + ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice Instant coffee Kool-Aide fruit flavors Fruit jam Rum, sherry For extra-high protein add 1 tbs dry egg white to mix using non-fat dry milk.
