Totally tomato fresh salsa

Ingredients

½eachRed onion, diced
2.00eachSerrano or jalapeno peppers stemmed and finely diced with seeds
½cupChopped fresh cilantro
2.00tablespoonLime juice
¼teaspoonSalt
xOptional: liquid hot pepper sauce to taste

Directions

PREPARATION

Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Toss well and taste for seasonings. Adjust with salt and hot pepper sauce. Store in refrigerator, in sealed container as long as one day.
