4 mediums Ripe tomatoes; diced small
1 Red onion; diced small
3 Jalapeno chili peppers; minced
½ cup Roughly chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons Toasted cumin seeds
⅓ cup Fresh lime juice
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
