Fresh salsa/totally tomato cookbook

Ingredients

3largesTomatoes, chopped
½Red onion, diced
2Serrano or jalapeno peppers stemmed and finely diced with seeds
½cupChopped fresh cilantro
2tablespoonsLime juice
¼teaspoonSalt
xOptional: liquid hot pepper sauce to taste

Directions

PREPARATION

Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Toss well and taste for seasonings.

Adjust with salt and hot pepper sauce. Store in refrigerator, in sealed container as long as one day.
