Basil tortellini salad

Ingredients

7ouncesPackage frozen cheese tortellini
1smallSweet red pepper cut in bite-size strips
1cupBroccoli flowerets
¾cupThinly sliced carrot
½cupMayonnaise
3tablespoonsSnipped fresh basil
2tablespoonsGrated Parmesan cheese
1tablespoonMilk
¼teaspoonPepper
1Garlic clove; minced
¼cupPine nuts

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again.

Combine pasta, sweet red pepper, broccoli and carrot. Stir together the mayonnaise, snipped basil, Parmesan, milk, pepper and garlic. Add to pasta mixture; toss. Cover and chill up to 24 hours.
