Tortellini & artichoke pasta salad

9 ounces Pk Cheese-Stuffed Tortellini
6 ounces Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts- * see note
½ \N Green Pepper -- chopped
½ \N Red Pepper -- chopped
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese -- grated
1 teaspoon Dried Basil -- (or 2 T.
\N \N Fresh)
1 teaspoon Dried Parsley -- (or 2 T.
\N \N Fresh)
\N \N Salt And Pepper -- to taste

* chopped and drained, reserving liquid Cook tortellini; rinse and drain well. Toss with the marinated artichoke hearts and the peppers. Combine remaining ingredients, including reserved artichoke liquid, and toss with tortellini.
