Tortellini and veggies <r t>

Ingredients

1Carrot; Grated
1Zucchini; Grated
2Stalks Celery; Grated
¼teaspoonDried Rosemary; Smashed
¼teaspoonDried Oregano
½teaspoonDried Basil
½teaspoonDried Thyme
1tablespoonI Can't Believe It's Not Butter - Light

Directions

Cook tortellini according to package instructions in boiling salted water.

In large nonstick fry pan heat margarine, add the seasonings and vegetables and saute about 5 min.

Drain tortellini and toss with the vegetables.

This was very, very good. Also very quick and easy to make.
