Tomatoes persillade

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 larges Ripe tomatoes
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Garlic; minced
2 tablespoons Parsley; chopped

Slice tomatoes in ¼-inch thick rounds. Sprinkle on rest of ingredients.

Serve at room temperature.
