Yield: 2 Servings
|1 large||Tomato; sliced|
|Fresh basil leaves (to garnish)|
Toss the inner lettuce leaves in the vinaigrette and put 3-4 leaves on each plate. Spread some pesto on to each slice of tomato and place on top of the lettuce. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
