Tomato-grits casseroles

Ingredients

| 1 | quart | Stewed tomatoes; fresh or canned |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar; (or equal to 3/4 cup of sugar substitute) |
| ¼ | cup | Butter =OR=- |
| ¼ | cup | Margarine; |
Directions
Add grits to rapidly boiling water to which salt has been added; stir well and cook until thick, stirring often. Combine tomatoes, sugar, and butter; heat. Combine with grits, blending well.
