Tomato garden casserole

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Fresh Tomato Wedges
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese; 4oz
1 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1 cup Chopped Green Pepper
1 small Onion; Diced
¼ cup Butter or Margarine; Melted
½ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Paprika

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Spoon into a greased 1½-quart baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
