Tomato yogurt sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Oil
2 \N Cloves Garlic; Minced
6 ounces Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Plain Yogurt

In small saucepan, heat the oil. Saute garlic. Stir in tomato paste, oregano and pepper. Cook, stirring, until sauce is heated through. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt; mix well. Place pan over low heat and stir just until mixture is warmed through; do not allow mixture to boil.
