2 teaspoons | Oil |
2 \N | Cloves Garlic; Minced |
6 ounces | Tomato Paste |
1 teaspoon | Dried Oregano |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
1 cup | Plain Yogurt |
In small saucepan, heat the oil. Saute garlic. Stir in tomato paste, oregano and pepper. Cook, stirring, until sauce is heated through. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt; mix well. Place pan over low heat and stir just until mixture is warmed through; do not allow mixture to boil.
