Ingredients

¼cupOil, vegetable
2tablespoonsVinegar, cider
2teaspoonsMustard, prepared
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonSugar
¼teaspoonPepper
1Garlic clove; minced
6smallsTomatoes; firm, ripe, sliced

Directions

Combine the first 8 ingredients, mixing well.

Place tomato slices in serving bowl, and pour dressing over all.

Cover and let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving.
