Measure | Ingredient |

28 ounces | Canned chopped tomatoes |
15 ounces | Chicken broth |
2 tablespoons | Butter |
2 tablespoons | Sugar |
1 pinch | Baking soda |
2 tablespoons | Chopped onion. |
2 cups | Heavy cream |
Combine all ingredients (except cream) in pot and simmer for 1 hr. After simmering is completed heat cream in a double boiler, Just til begins to boil. Then add to tomato mixture.
