Cream of tomato

Ingredients

| 28 | ounces | Canned chopped tomatoes |
| 15 | ounces | Chicken broth |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 1 | pinch | Baking soda |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped onion. |
| 2 | cups | Heavy cream |
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except cream) in pot and simmer for 1 hr. After simmering is completed heat cream in a double boiler, Just til begins to boil. Then add to tomato mixture.
