Cream of tomato

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
28 ounces Canned chopped tomatoes
15 ounces Chicken broth
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 pinch Baking soda
2 tablespoons Chopped onion.
2 cups Heavy cream

Combine all ingredients (except cream) in pot and simmer for 1 hr. After simmering is completed heat cream in a double boiler, Just til begins to boil. Then add to tomato mixture.
