Cream of tomato

Ingredients

28ouncesCanned chopped tomatoes
15ouncesChicken broth
2tablespoonsButter
2tablespoonsSugar
1pinchBaking soda
2tablespoonsChopped onion.
2cupsHeavy cream

Directions

Combine all ingredients (except cream) in pot and simmer for 1 hr. After simmering is completed heat cream in a double boiler, Just til begins to boil. Then add to tomato mixture.
