Chicken tomato

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 \N Pieces of boneless skinless
\N \N Chicken tenders, breasts
1 tablespoon Olive oil
½ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Chopped green pepper
1 cup Chopped tomatoes
1 \N Clove garlic, crushed
1½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¾ teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon EGS, or to taste

Pour oil into frying pan, and heat until hot. Add the chicken (I used frozen chicken tenders), cook about five minutes, or until chicken is lightly browned.

Add tomatoes, garlic, green pepper, onion and cook another five minutes.

Combine the Worcestershire sauce and mustard together in a small container.

Whisk until the dry mustard is dissolved. Add this to the chicken in the saucepan.

Cover and cook until meat is done. Serve over white or brown rice.
