Tomato aspic

Yield: 16 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Tomato juice (heat)
3 packs Lemon gelatin
½ cup Vinegar
1 cup Finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
\N \N Salt and pepper
\N \N Mix above and let cool
\N \N Add:
1 \N Finely chopped onion
1 \N Finely chopped green pepper
1 \N Finely chopped amount of celery equal to green pepper
1 can Tiny Monarch or Richeliue string beans

Pour into molds. Makes 16 molds.
