1 cup | Water; boiling |
8 ounces | Tomato sauce with onions |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ cup | Cucumber; chopped |
¼ cup | Water; cold |
\N \N | Salt; to taste |
\N \N | Lettuce |
1 tablespoon | Parsley; chopped |
CUCUMBER-MAYONNAISE DRESSING
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add tomato sauce. Rinse out tomato sauce can with cold water and add to gelatin mixture. Add salt.
Pour into ring mold and chill until firm.
Unmold on lettuce and fill center with Cucumber-Mayonnaise Dressing.
Cucumber-Mayonnaise Dresing: Combine ingredients, and serve with tomato aspic.
