| 10 | Kalamata olives; pitted (up to 12) | |
| ¼ | cup | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | cup | Rice wine vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic; chopped |
| 1¼ | cup | Olive oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cumin seed |

Directions

DRESSING
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix together the dressing ingredients and toss with salad.
Serves 4-6.
