Quick lime mayonnaise

Ingredients

| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Hot English mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 3 | tablespoons | Fresh lime juice |
| 1 | cup | Oil (vegetable and sunflower or all sunflower) |

Place first five ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and process at low speed to blend. Remove cover. With the motor running, add oil in a thin stream and blend until thick and smooth.
