Tomatillo (verde) salsa

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds (about 15) husked; rinsed, and roughly chopped tomatillos
3 Serrano chiles; with seeds
¾ cup Chopped cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt

Puree in food processor, until almost smooth.

This is fantastic with eggs ... or almost anything.
