Tollhouse cupcakes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Butter
6 tablespoons Granulated sugar
6 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 Egg
½ cup Brown sugar, firmly packed
1 Egg
teaspoon Salt
1 cup Plus 2 tb of flour
½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
6 ounces Chocolate chips
½ cup Pecans, chopped
½ teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

TOPPING

Combine and beat first four ingredients. Sift together and add the last three ingredients. Spoon by rounded tb into cupcake papers.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

Beat until creamy first three ingredients. Add chips, nuts and vanilla. Stir. Spoon 1 tb over each cupcake. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Randy Rigg
