Yield: 6 servings
|2½ cup||Cooked, mashed sweet potatoes|
|4 tablespoons||Butter; soft|
|½ cup||Firmly packed light brown sugar|
|\N \N||Pinch of salt|
|⅓ cup||Jack Daniel's whiskey|
|\N \N||Pecan halves or marshmallow for topping|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients except topping.
Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole. Top with pecan halves or marshmallows. Bake 20 minutes, until bubbly. Makes 6 to 8 servings, but be careful, everyone will want seconds!
