Ingredients

| 1 | Hard-cooked egg; chopped | |
| ½ | cup | Catsup |
| ½ | cup | Tomato puree |
| 2 | cups | Mayonnaise |
| ¼ | cup | Dill pickle relish |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped green olives |
| 2 | teaspoons | Minced chives |
| 2 | tablespoons | Minced pimiento |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| ½ | teaspoon | MSG (optional) |
| ¾ | cup | Buttermilk (or more) |
Directions
Combine egg, catsup, tomato puree, mayonnaise, relish, olives, chives, pimiento, salt, pepper, mustard and MSG and beat. Gradually beat in buttermilk until desired consistency is reached. Makes about 4½ cups Created by: Fiasco, Marina del Rey, Calif.
