Sunset's thousand island dressing

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Mayonnaise; regular or reduced calorie
¼ cup Chili sauce; Or Other Tomato Based Sauce
2 teaspoons Minced onions
1 tablespoon Green bell pepper; minced
1 tablespoon Pimiento; minced
2 tablespoons Sweet pickle relish
1 \N Hard-boiled egg; finely chop
\N \N Salt and pepper; to taste
\N \N Milk; optional

In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, onion, bell pepper, pimento, pickle relish and egg. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If desired, thin with a little milk or half and half. If made ahead, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Makes about 1¾ cups.
