Measure | Ingredient |

2 | Ripe avocadoes,, peeled and diced |
3 tablespoons | Fresh lemon juice |
2 | Cloves garlic,, minced |
1 teaspoon | Salt,, or to taste |
3 tablespoons | Salsa |
1 teaspoon | Basil |
1 teaspoon | Cilantro |
Sour cream, optional |
Peel and mash one avocado. Mix with lemon juice, garlic, salt, basil and cilantro. Dice the remaining avocado and fold into the mixture with the salsa. Garnish with sour cream if desired. Makes about 2 cups.
