The convention grill hot fudge sauce - bon appetit

Ingredients

1cupPowdered sugar
½cup(1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
½cupWhipping cream
4ouncesSemisweet chocolate, chopped
4ouncesUnsweetened chocolate, chopped
2teaspoonsVanilla extract

Directions

Combine powdered sugar, butter and cream in heavy medium saucepan.

Stir over medium-low heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Add chocolates and stir until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.

(Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Cover and chill. Rewarm over low heat before serving.)
