| 4 | cups | Grated mild cheddar cheese |

| 3 | teaspoons | Garlic powder |
| 4 | teaspoons | Parsley flakes |
| 1½ | cup | Milk |
Directions
Peel and slice potatoes and onions. Grate cheese. In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley. Layer half the potatoes, onions, cheese and dry ingredients. Repeat layers. Pour milk over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1½ hours or until done. Yield: 8 servings.
