| 200 | millilitres | Semi-skimmed milk; (1/3 pint) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Condensed milk |
| Lots of crushed ice | ||
| Few gratings of nutmeg | ||
Directions
In a blender add the banana, milk, fromage frais and condensed milk. Blend until all the ingredients have formed a smooth texture. Pour plenty of crushed ice into some serving glasses and then the banana shake on top.
Serve very cold.
