The banana smoothie

200gramsFromage frais; (7oz)
200millilitresSemi-skimmed milk; (1/3 pint)
1tablespoonCondensed milk
Lots of crushed ice
Few gratings of nutmeg

Directions

In a blender add the banana, milk, fromage frais and condensed milk. Blend until all the ingredients have formed a smooth texture. Pour plenty of crushed ice into some serving glasses and then the banana shake on top.

Serve very cold.
