Strawberry-banana smoothie

Ingredients

2cupsUnsweetened strawberries, fresh or frozen; hulled
2Bananas; sliced
8ouncesLow-fat vanilla yogurt
½cupSkim milk
¼cupRice bran
3tablespoonsLemon juice
1tablespoonTo 2 tb honey

Directions

Cover and freeze strawberries and sliced bananas until firm, about 4 hours or overnight. Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
